Terms of Service

By using the ZeusTM application and its associated services, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to the terms, please refrain from using the service. We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time, and changes will take effect upon publication.

ZeusTM is a task and project management application based on the GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology. The service includes: • **Free Version**: Basic task management, quick capture, calendar, cloud sync, and weekly review. • **Zeus Pro** ($10/month): All free features plus advanced AI (Decision Engine), meeting briefs, unlimited sync, advanced statistics, and priority support.

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. • We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

• Zeus Pro subscription is charged at $10 per month. • Payment is processed automatically at the beginning of each billing period. • Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. • No partial refunds will be given for a billing period that has already begun, unless otherwise stated. • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days advance notice.

When using ZeusTM, you agree to: • Not use the service for illegal purposes. • Not attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access. • Not copy, modify, or distribute the application or parts of it. • Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools without permission. • Not upload offensive, harmful, or illegal content.

• All rights to the ZeusTM application, including design, code, logo, and content, belong to ZeusTM. • Content you create in the application (tasks, projects, etc.) belongs to you. • We will not use your content for marketing purposes without your consent. • The name "ZeusTM" and the logo are protected trademarks.

• The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranty. • We are not responsible for data loss, financial losses, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. • We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

• You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings. • We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. • Upon account closure, you can export your data for 30 days. • After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.

These terms of use are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be adjudicated in the competent courts in Israel.
