This document outlines ZeusTM's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using the service, you agree to the terms detailed below.
Service Provision & Discontinuity
ZeusTM is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. The Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice and without legal or financial liability.
Absolute Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Financial liability is strictly limited to the lower of: (a) the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months, or (b) $10 USD.
AI & Decision Engine Disclaimer
All outputs from Zeus Strategist, Donna, and associated AI engines are recommendations only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. The user bears 100% responsibility for any actions taken based on AI-generated suggestions.
Data Access & "God Mode" Rights
By connecting Google/Outlook calendars, the user grants ZeusTM permissions to read, create, and delete events. The user acknowledges the "God Mode" clause: The Owner reserves the right to access, view, and monitor data processed through the app for maintenance, security, and system integrity purposes.
Sensitive Information Ban & Security
Users are strictly prohibited from entering classified military information, restricted security data, or highly sensitive personal data. ZeusTM operates on public cloud infrastructure and is NOT certified for handling classified information. The Owner is not liable for data breaches or theft.
Communication & Marketing
Users agree to receive communications from [email protected], including system updates and marketing materials. Activity data (anonymized and aggregated) may be used for targeted advertising and service improvement.
User Rights & Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance)
Users may request the deletion of their account and all associated data at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the in-app "Delete Account" feature. We use industrial-grade encryption for data at rest and in transit.
Indemnification & Class Action Waiver
The user agrees to indemnify the Owner against any claims arising from misuse of the app. Users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits; all disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
